At CT Hospice in Branford, May 13, 2007, Robert Louis Schaff, 75, of Hamden. Father of James and his wife Janice Schaff of Cheshire and daughter Marie Schaff. Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Julia and Jason Schaff of Cheshire. Son of the late Louis and Helen Whelan Schaff, Robert was born in New Haven on May 13, 1932. He had been an engineer for various companies during his career. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden at 11:00 am on Wed., May 16, 2007.
