Meriden - Roger Brockley Bartlett, 88, of 110 Carter Ave. Ext., died Wednesday, May 7, 2003, at MidState Medical Center. He was the husband of Phyllis Margaret Gilmore Bartlett. Born in Meriden, July 5, 1914 a son of the late Robert and Harriet Bartlett. He was employed for 50 years as a lithographic photographer at Meriden Gravure Company and had a studio in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Karen and Gary Main of East Hampton and Gloria and Thomas Atkins of Stone Ridge, NY and ten grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Bartlett. Funeral service Monday, May 12, 2003 at Noon at BEECHER & BENNETT FLATOW FUNERAL HOME, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. The Rev. Joel Rissinger will officiate. Burial will be in Walunt Grove Cemetery.
