At Glendale Center, Naugatuck, Dec. 17, 2002, Rose L. Cianciolo DeMaio 94, of Orange, formerly of Rochford Ave., Hamden, wife of the late Frank DeMaio. Rose was born in New Haven, Feb. 15, 1908, a daughter of the late Francesco and Francesca Arena Cianciolo. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Giovanna and Carmen Lupoli of Orange and a son and daughter-in-law, Frank T. and Carolyn Duke DeMaio of Bethel Park, PA, grandchildren, Elisa Gorton of Huntington, Christopher DeMaio of Cincinnati, OH, Kimberly Damus of Chesapeake, VA, and Giovanna A. Griffin of Milford. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. Sister of Pauline Daley of North Haven, Lucille Pegnataro of Woodbridge, Catherine Pegnataro of Branford, Rita Buonocore of North Haven, Victoria, Elna, and Joan Cianciolo of Guilford and was predeceased by Frank P. Cianciolo, Mary A. Lazzari, Anna Sullivan, Dorothy Cianciolo, and Frances Cianciolo. Funeral leaving BEECHER AND BENNETT TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave. at Court St., West Haven, Sat. Dec. 21, 2002 at 8:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Holy Infant Church, Orange. Interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
