In Cheshire, Sept. 26, 2002, Ross C. Pye, 100, of Elim Park,Cook Hill Rd., Cheshire, husband of the late Arline Cook Pye. Born in Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia, a son of the late Charles and Jean Gillatti Pye. Mr. Pye was a stamper of the former International Silver Co. of Meriden and was a member of the former Main Street Baptist Church. During WW II he served in Europe from 1942 to 1945 in the Infantry. He is survived by a brother, Cedric Pye of Florida. Predeceased by one sister and six brothers. A Memorial service will be held at at the Elim Park Health Center, Monday, Sept. 30, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. Arrangements with BEECHER & BENNTT FLATOW Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden.
