Russell E. Lowe Russell Earl Lowe, 94, formerly of Bronson Ave. passed away August 9, 2011 in the Bradley Home. He was born in New Haven Feb. 13, 1917 a son of the late Harry C. and Alice Platt Lowe and was a lifelong Meriden resident. He served in the US Navy during WW II and was later employed by the State of CT. He was predeceased by sisters, Shirley O'Brien, Norma Azzolina, and brothers Gordon Lowe and Harry C. Lowe, Jr. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside service of interment with military honors will be Friday Oct. 14, (Tomorrow) at 2 O'clock in Walnut Grove Cemetery, section D.
