In the Masonic Home, Wallingford, June 22, 2008 Ruth E. Merriam, 89, mother of the late Burton Merriam and sister of the late Bernard Merriam. She had been employed at New Departure. Funeral service Thurs., June 26 at 2 p.m. in the Masonic Chapel, 22 Masonic Ave. , Wallingford . Burial will be private. BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave. , Hamden in care of arrangements.
