Sarah Glenn Dimon, 75, of Quentin St., Hamden passed away January 4, 2003 at CT Hospice, Branford. She is survived by her sister Diana Glenna Dimon, with whom she resided, and many cousins in Guilford, Ansonia and Shelton. Sarah was employed as a case worker at the State of Connecticut Dept. of Social Services in New Haven for 25 years, retiring in 1991. As a breeder of pure bred dachshunds she was a member of the Elm City Kennel Club and had been treasurer, secretary and a board member, the Naugatuck Valley Kennel Club, the CT Yankee Dachshund Club, former treasurer and the Dachshund Club of America. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Tuesday morning Jan. 7th at 8:30 Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Rita Church, Hamden, at 9:00 a.m. Friends may call Monday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Hamden.
