Shirley A. Krantz, 71, of West Haven passed away June 5, 2016 after a brief illness. She was born in Clarksville, TN, a daughter of the late Julius B. and Nancy Stack Krantz, and enjoyed her family, country music, and walking. Mother of Angela R. Herrera of WH, Antonia D. Juarbe, Rafael Juarbe, both of WH, Juan A. Juarbe of NH and the late Michael Juarbe. Survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, son-in-law Omi Reyes, and daughter-in-law Lisa Serrano. Predeceased by siblings Rebecca Martinez, Julius B. Krantz, Jr., Richard O'Neil Krantz and Rosemary Nerreau Grammatico. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 9 at 11 am at BEECHER & BENNETT-TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave., West Haven. Friends may visit with her family Wednesday evening from 5-8 pm. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery.
