Suddenly, in New Haven, November 11, 2005. Shirley Elisabeth Moon Tolmei of 552 Thompson Ave., East Haven, wife of Peter A. Tolmei, mother of Vanessa Elaina Doheny and her husband, Thomas Doleny, Jr., Peter Charlie Tolmei and his wife, Melanie all of East Haven, sister of Dorothy-Ann Rome and her husband, Charlie, Robert C. Moon and his wife Josee, Charles D. Moon and his wife Shari, all of East Haven and Lenore Capasso and her husband, Michael of North Branford. Grandmother of Alannah E.Doheny, Peter J. Tolmei and Boston Taylor Tolmei all of East Haven. Also survived by 8 nephews, 7 nieces, 2 grandnephews and 2 grandnieces. Born in Brunschweig, Germany, Febrauary 1, 1953, she was the daughter of Eleonore-Ann Bormann Moon of East Haven and the late Charlie D. Moon. Shirley was a Vice President of the Moon Cutter Co. Inc. of Hamden and had attended Quinnipiac University. Shirley's life passion were her grandchildren.
