Shirley V. Steele, of the Southbury Training School passed away at her home May 15, 2008. Ms. Steele was born in New Haven, June 27, 1923 daughter of the late C. Burton and Isabel Moffat Steele. She is survived by a nephew and his wife Jay and Ann Steele of Southington and her friends and staff at the Southbury Training School Cottage #38-A. She was predecased by a brother Bruce Steele. A graveside service will be held Wednesday morning, May 21, 2008 at 11;00 O'clock in Duck River Cemetery, Old Lyme, CT.
