Stephen Jack Perkins, 64, of West Haven, passed away on December 14th, 2020. Born in Middletown, CT on July 2, 1956, he was a son of the late Claude W. Perkins and Marguerite (Grant) Perkins. Stephen grew up in Westbrook, CT, a place he loved to visit every chance he got. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Shannon Perkins of New Haven and Kristen Perkins of Hamden; they were his world. Also survived by his former wife Elaine Tozzo Perkins of Hamden, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers. He was predeceased by his oldest brother.
