Tammy R. Wilson Harris, 49, of Cheshire, loving wife of Lewis Harris Jr., passed away on December 5, 2015. She was born in Portland, Maine on July 25, 1966 to Orrie and Maryann Curtis Wilson. She is survived by her loving children; her son Jeremy Duguay, and step daughter Jennifer Prudhomme, sisters Beth Wing and her husband Les, Cindy Goodrich, her brother Todd Wilson and his wife Mary. She will also be greatly missed by her nieces, nephew, and grandchildren. After graduating from both high school and nursing school in Maine, she moved to Connecticut where she worked as a registered nurse for 1 to 2 years at Masonic Health Care in Wallingford then Connecticut Baptist Home in Meriden for about 4 years. Tammy was a caring wife, mother and sister who loved her family and God unconditionally. She was a long time member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church first in Maine then in New Haven Ct. She also enjoyed playing the guitar and had a beautiful voice. Her funeral service will be held Sunday, December 13 at 12pm in the BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden . Friends are invited to visit with Tammy's family from 11am to 12pm before the service. Burial to follow in Hillside Cemetery, Cheshire.
