In Milford, Sunday, January 13, 2008, Thelma W. Pinski, 84, of West Haven. Widow of the late Walter Pinski and Herman A. Gagnon, Thelma is survived by sons Allan D. and Wayne C. Gagnon, both of West Haven. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Allan & Karen Gagnon, and Christina and Jason Gagnon. She was predeceased by sisters Wilma, Helen, Jessie, Allena and Susan MacFarlane and brothers John, Robertson, Hugh, and Smith Anderson MacFarlane. A daughter of the late Allan and Annie MacCallum MacFarlane, Thelma was born in Pictou Island, Nova Scotia, Canada on May 26, 1923. She had been a toll collector for the State of Connecticut in Branford, had worked for Silvers Pharmacy in the 1940's and had also worked at U.S. Motors in Milford and International Instruments in Orange. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of West Haven for 60 years, where she was a member of the Pebbles.
