Thomas Michael McCormack, age 55, of Wallingford, formerly of Hamden, passed away March 7, 2010 in St. Raphael Hospital, New Haven. Thomas is the husband of Patricia Hayduk McCormack; father of Michael Thomas McCormack of Wallingford; brother of Mary Catherine McWeeney of Wickford, RI, Michael Joseph McCormack, Jr, & his wife Mary Anne of Middlebury and James McCormack & his wife Mary-Beth of St. Maarten. Thomas was born in Waterbury on April 3rd, 1954, a son of the late Michael Joseph McCormack, Sr & Mary Rose Guarrera McCormack. Thomas was employed at Southern Connecticut State University and also served as the CSU Union Representative there. He enjoyed coaching baseball for the Greater Hamden Baseball Association where his son played. Relatives & friends may attend his funeral service on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 11:00 AM in Grace & St. Peters Episcopal Church, 2927 Dixwell Ave, Hamden. Calling hours will be on Thursday from 4:00PM to 8:00 PM in BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden. Interment will be private.
