MERIDEN - William H. Frey, Jr., 64, of 60 Hanover St., died Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at his residence. He was born in Hartford on Jan. 16, 1938, the son of the late William H. and Dorris Meeker Frey, Sr. He was self-employed in the advertising business. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air force and had been a member of the U.S. Air Force Band. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William H. and Shawna Frey, III of Washington, D.C.; a grandson, Krezian Frey, also of Washington, D.C.; a sister and brother-in-law, Judith and Robert Panciera of Meriden; three nieces and a nephew. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, CT.
