William T. Losi, 85, entered into eternal rest December 6, 2012 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor DeAngelo Losi and the devoted father of Sandra Losi of Hamden and William Losi, Jr. and his wife Susan of Cheshire, beloved grandfather of Kimberly Losi and brother of Lorraine Lepone of Cheshire. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. William was born in Hamden, Sept. 25, 1927 son of the late Thomas and Mary Ghiselli Losi and was a lifelong Hamden resident. He was a graduate of Hamden High School class of '46. He served in the US Army during WW II with the Occupation of Japan. He was a member of the Heat and Frost Insulators Local 33 and employed with various employers for over 25 years. After retirement he volunteered for 20 years at the West Haven Veterans Hospital. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 WHITNEY AVE., HAMDEN, Monday, December 10, at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
